NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION WILL HOLD THEIR NEXT MEETING ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 13, 2024. AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT.

Approval of minutes from previous meeting(s).
Discussion on subdivision items such as: who the city wants their Administrative Land Use Authority to be for the preliminary review process and final review process; who the Appeal Authority would be after the 4th and final review if there's a dispute; which Land Use Authority holds the Public Hearing; the distance within which all property owners must be notified of the proposed subdivision; how long an application and preliminary approval is valid before it expires; the additional submittal contents accompanying the application, Plat, drawing requirements, and subdivision improvement plan; the conditions for review as it relates to public facilities and the signatures on the final plat demonstrating approval by the city.
