AUGUST 22, 2024 PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Rezone - Located at 1330 North 100 East (Big Spring Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request from Pleasant Grove City for a zone change from the R1-10 (Single-Family Residential) Zone to the RR (Rural Residential) Zone, on two pieces of land equaling a total of approximately 0.28 acres, located at 1330 North 100 East. (Legislative Item) Public Meeting: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at 1330 N 100 E (Big Spring Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request from Jill Bigelow for a 4-lot preliminary subdivision plat, called Bigelow Acres Plat 'B' on approximately 3.23 acres, located at 1330 North 100 East in the Rural Residential (RR) and R1-10 (Single-Family Residential) Zones. (Administrative Item) **ITEM CONTINUED FROM 8/8** Public Meeting: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at 980 W 1800 N (North Field Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Ronald Nordhagen for a 2-lot preliminary subdivision plat, called Northfield Estates Plat 'C'. on approximately 1.5 acres, located at 980 West 1800 North in the Rural Residential (RR) and R1-20 (Single-Family Residential) Zones. (Administrative Item) Public Hearing: Code Text Amendment (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider a request from Pleasant Grove City to amend City Code Section 10-15-14, Flag Lots.
