Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday August 20, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, to consider the following item: Public Hearing to consider the request of J.C. Smoot to apply the Grove Business Park Overlay to approximately 4.86 acres on property currently zoned The Grove - Commercial Sales Subdistrict, located at approximately 29 South 2000 West.
