- Public Notice VERNAL CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-16 The Vernal City Council approved Ordinance No. 2024-16, to define a way for hotels in Vernal to operate as extended stay hotels. The entire Ordinance is available for inspection in the office of the City Recorder. This Ordinance shall be effective the day after posting on the Utah Public Notice Website. Published on the Public Notice Website August 8, 2024.
