NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 6:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. SWEARING IN - Youth City Council Members 6. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on July 23, 2024. 7. EXPENDITURES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the warrants and cash disbursements for July 2024. 8. BUSINESS a. Consider approving a proposal that would reduce the overall cost of the pool project. b. Consider putting out an RFP (Request for Proposals) to secure an architect to complete the final design for the new pool facility. c. Planning Commission report. d. Consider Chris Fullmer's request to trade a current right of way identified as a minor collector (2330 South) along the south end of the golf course for an alternate right of way further to the south, allowing homes to be built backing the golf course. e. Allen Real Estate to request a waiver for a fence along the west side of the property being developed on 100 East which backs the back wall of the Apple Tree Inn. f. Consider adopting Ordinance 2024-10 requiring mixed uses to meet the requirements of the RM-11 zone. g. Consider approving a project to pave the south side of 300 South between Main Street and 100 East. h. Consider approving the purchase of a hoist dump bed from the fire department to replace the bed on the truck. i. Consider approving the replacement of the sidewalk across the street from the hospital on 1000 North. 9. OTHER BUSINESS 10.
