PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Coalville City Planning Commission Amending Chapters 1, 2, 3, 28, 30, and 32 and other miscellaneous Administrative or Legislative provisions of the Coalville City Development Code Public notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing for the purpose of accepting public comments concerning amendments to Chapters 1, 2, 3, 28, 30, 32 and other miscellaneous Administrative or Legislative provisions of the City's Development Code. The City is proposing various amendments to the Development Code to address various clarity/correctness issues and ensure consistency and compliance with current State requirements regarding land use review/approval processes and subdivision platting requirements. The Public Hearing is Scheduled on Monday, August 19, 2024, beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Coalville City Hall located at 10 North Main. All interested persons may attend in person or virtually and make public comment. Written comments may also be emailed to Coalville City at cityhall@coalvillecity.org.
