Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the Juab County Commission room, 160 N Main, Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on a zone change request from Full Tilt Holdings, LLC. The request is to add the -R (Recreational Subdivision) overlay zone to parcels of property they own located in Sections 21 and 22, Township 11 S, Range 4 W, S.L.B.&M. The application and a map of the specific parcels being considered are available for review in the Juab County Planning office, 160 N Main #117, Nephi.
