- INVITATION TO BID The Southeastern Regional Development Agency (SERDA) is accepting sealed bids for the surplus sale of two (2) 2014 Ford Escape with approximate mileage of 117,000. Bids must be delivered to and received by the SERDA Fiscal Office located at 252 South Fairgrounds Road, Price, Utah 84501, on or before Friday, September 6, 2024, by 11:00 am. No late bids, faxed, emailed or telephone bids will be accepted. All bids must be submitted in writing and signed by the bidder confirming the desired purchase price. Bids will be opened on Friday, September 6, 2024, after 11:00 am and the two (2) highest bidders will be selected to purchase one (1) 2014 Ford Escape. Payment will be expected within seven (7) calendar days from the date of award. THE STARTING BID FOR EACH VEHICLE IS $5,500.00 USD. The vehicles can be inspected with coordination with Kim Wells, SERDA Fiscal Director (435-613-0030), at the SERDA Offices up until bids are due.
