- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND THE STORMWATER IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to section 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503 U.C.A., that Murray City intends to amend its Stormwater Impact Fee Facilities Plan and to prepare or contract to prepare a Stormwater Impact Fee Analysis, which shall cover the City's stormwater service areas within the City's boundaries. You are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced documents. To provide information please contact Trae Stokes, City Engineer, at 4646 South, 500 West, Murray, Utah 84123 or by email at tstokes@murray.utah.gov. Any information received should be provided in writing. Dated this 8 day of August 2024.
