Description/Agenda: In accordance with Utah Code §10-9a-205 notice is hereby given that Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on August 20, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., in the Marriott-Slaterville City Legislative Chambers located at 1570 West 400 North, Marriott-Slaterville, Utah. The Planning Commission will take public comment in support and opposition to an ordinance adopting a Development Agreement that includes a Zoning Map amendment to the Information and Technology Zone (ITZ) filed by BlackPine for various large parcels located near 700 North 1500 West. Individuals requiring special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) should notify the City Recorder at 801-627-1919 at least three (3) days prior to the hearing.
