Description/Agenda: Public Hearing: taking public comment on a city-initiated zone change for properties located on both sides of Main Street from approximately 400 to 700 North, and from 200 to 700 South. Current zoning: CU1 - combined use primarily commercial uses, and some limited residential uses. R1-8 zoning - residential uses Proposed zoning: CU2 - combined use primarily residential uses, and some limited commercial uses.
