b. Annual Audit Report Certification - Discuss and Certify the 2023 Audit Report as Presented
5. Reconvene as MSD Board of Trustees Regular Meeting
6. Award Bid Contract for the 2024/25 Capital Improvement Projects - Review and Discuss 2024/25 CIP Bids for Burgi Hill Park Sewer Line Replacement & Area Projects
7. Resolution 2024-04 (Midway Sanitation District Contracted City Employees Continuing Education/Training Agreement/Policy) - Discuss & Possibly Approve Resolution 2024-04 Outlining a Policy/Agreement Clarification in Regard to Costs Associated with Training, Maintaining Employee CEU Status and Merit Reward Benefits for Contracted City Employees Working for Midway Sanitation District
8. Discuss Potential Rate Increase - Review and Discuss Current Customer Billing Rates and Possible Updates to Service Fees for all District Customers
9. Department Reports - Receive an Update on District Projects, Sewer Rehabilitation, Metering & Infiltration from the City Engineer; An Update on District Activities, Issues & Projects from the District Manager and; An Update on Areas and Issues of Concern to the District from the Trustees
10. Discuss the Future of Midway Sanitation District- Review and Discuss the Direction of Midway Sanitation District and Decide a Path Forward for the Entity
