- 1. Welcome and call meeting to order. 2. Roll call. 3. Certification of Quorum and Confirmation of Notice of Board Meeting by District Clerk. 4. Review and approval of minutes of Board Meeting held on May 21, 2024. 5. Board Member Reports (and others as invited by the Chair) 6. Open and Public Meeting Act Training (annual) 7. Board Member Training (once per term) 8. Discussion/Action Items a. Execution of Interlocal Agreement Between TVPID and Tooele County b. Construction Contract with Strang LLC c. Adoption of District Bylaws 9. Board Member communications and further items as may be required. 10. Update meeting schedule 11. Potential closed session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the sale or purchase of real property, and/or other matters as permitted by Utah Code ยงยง 52-4-204 through 205 (if needed, motion and majority vote required to proceed). 12. Adjourn
