Description/Agenda: BRIGHAM CITY ANNEXATION PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Recorder did publish, for three consecutive weeks, a notice of certification for property to be annexed into the City wherein no timely protests were received. Therefore, the Brigham City Council will hold a public hearing on August 15, 2024 at 6:00 PM, or shortly thereafter, to consider annexation of property located on the northeast corner of 1500 North Street and 500 West Street. The complete plat relating to the proposed annexation is available for review at the Office of the Brigham City Recorder, 20 North Main, or by email at cboss@bcutah.gov.
