- Fountain Green City Post Office Box 97 Fountain Green, Utah 84632 (435) 445-3453 Date: August 2, 2024 The Fountain Green City Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on the second Thursday of the month, August 8, 2024 at 7:00 pm. This meeting will be held in the Fountain Green City Hall at 375 North State. Linda Johnson Estate (Conex @ 115 N. State) c. Conditional use d. Business permit e. Subdivision application f. Zone change g. Other - i. Curt & Roger - Chapter 11.7 A Table (discrepancies with Master Transportation Plan) ii. Recommendation of proposed Land Use Ordinance changes to Chapters 2, 7, &11 presented at the recent Public Hearings 5. DISCUSSION AGENDA ITEMS a.
