- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Roy City Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings, on August 13, 2024, at 6:00 pm, in the City Council Chambers of the Roy City Municipal Building located at 5051 South 1900 West, Roy UT. - To consider amendments to TITLE 10 - Zoning Ordinance; Amend CH 6 - Zoning by Districts; Amend CH 10 - General Property Development Standards, Table 10-2; Amend CH 13 - Mixed Use: Amend CH 17 - Table of Uses, Table 17-2; and Add CH 20 - Airport Overlay; Amend CH 31 - Definitions THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE
