- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at 6:00 PM Old Church, 114 S. Mill Street, Virgin UT 84779 via Zoom TO ACCEPT PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS MAY BE MADE AT THE MEETING IN PERSON OR SUBMITTED ONE DAY PRIOR TO THE MEETING. A. Ordinance 2024-13: Water Efficiency Standards for Virgin B. Ordinance 2024-XX: amending Virgins official zoning map by rezoning V-2149 currently, Rural Residential zone (RR) to Highway Resort Zone (HRZ). Public Hearing was held on previously on June 12, 2024.
