The LEHI CITY is proposing to increase its property tax
revenue.
- The LEHI CITY tax on a $564,000 residence would
increase from $361.38 to $383.41, which is $22.03 per
year.
- The LEHI CITY tax on a $564,000 business would
increase from $657.06 to $697.10, which is $40.04 per
year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, LEHI CITY would
increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 6.25%
above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding
eligible new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on
the tax increase.
