- Description/Agenda: The Board of Trustees will meet in a regular session and potential closed session, at 1724 S. State Street, Provo UT. Members and attendees may also attend via electronic connection provided on Agenda. Welcome & Call to Order Opening Remarks Pledge of Allegiance (in suitable environment) Roll Call Public Comment Fifteen minutes have been set aside for any person to express ideas, concerns, comments, or issues that are not on the agenda. If you would like to comment during the public comment period, please type your name, city of residence, relationship to the school, and that you intend to comment in the Chat section of the online meeting tool. When commenting, please: State your name and city of residence into the microphone. State your relationship to the school as applicable. Limit your comments to two minutes. Please note: State Law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. Closed Session Motion to go into closed session Roll-call vote of Board Members Closed session to be held for the purpose of the Treeside Charter School Board to hold a strategy session to discuss issues properly addressed in Closed Session, per Utah Code Ann ยง 52-4-204 and 52-4-205 et. seq. Potential Action Agenda Consideration of any items from closed session that require public discussion and/or board vote. Adjourn
