- EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF QUORUM Notice is hereby given that a quorum of Eagle Mountain City Planning Commissioners will be present Monday, August 5, 2024 at 5:00 PM. The Planning Commissioners will visit certain properties proposed to be rezoned within the Eagle Mountain Properties and The Ranches Master Development Plan/Agreement areas. The public is welcome to follow along, but transportation will only be provided for the Planning Commissioners.
