Description/Agenda: NOTICE is hereby given that a recount of the Republican U.S. House District 2 race on the 2024 Primary Election ballot, will take place on Friday, August 2, 2024. The Millard County Clerk's O ce will conduct the following recount activities: Testing of the automatic ballot counting equipment for logic and accuracy (L&A); reverify all challenged and non-counted ballots; retabulate ballots; conduct the post-election audit; and canvass the Republican U.S. House District 2 race. This process is open to the public and will be held at the Millard County Clerk's O ce 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6 Fillmore, Utah. L&A will be held at 8:30 am, Friday, August 2, 2024. Recount will begin at 9:15 am, Friday, August 2, 2024. Audit will be held at 3:00 pm, Friday, August 2, 2024. Canvass will be held at 4:00 am, Friday, August 2, 2024.
