Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING Please be advised that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at 7:05 p.m. at 75 West Center Street, the Fillmore City Council Chambers, concerning a public hearing to receive public comments. - Regarding an amendment to the Fillmore City Municipal Code enacting a new ordinance Chapter 20 Conditional Use Permits. - Regarding an amendment to the Fillmore City Sidewalk Policy. Specifically concrete depth and width, Chapter correction, APWA standards, length of cost share, and seasonal parking requirements.
