- Work Meeting Central Valley Town Planning & Land Use Commission & Central Valley Town Councilmen Notice & Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Central Valley Town Planning and Land Use Commission and Central Valley Town council will meet on August 6, 2024 at 6 PM for a joint work meeting at the Central Valley Town Hall, 50 West Center, Central Valley, Utah 84754. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Review of current subdivision ordinance 2. Discussion of purposed changes to current subdivision ordinance: a. Bonding requirements b. Subdivision minor/major sizes (new numbers) c. Conveyance/canal water stock/monies in lieu of water transfers/underground water requirements d. Projected street system requirements for compliance e. Mandatory water testing for pressure and flow rates f. Water line requirements g. Flood plain restrictions h. Storm water detention i. Water impact/hookup/ fees (discuss appropriate fee amounts) j. Developer infrastructure liability (requirement and liability period) k. Plat requirements l. Fencing requirements m. Compliance with current General Plan n.
