- Lone Rock Annexation The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 15th, 2024, to receive public comments regarding the Lone Rock Annexation. The annexation area is four parcels totaling 23.28 acres (MEADOWS-1, MEADOWS-2, LONERR-1, LONERR-2), located northwest of the SR 35 and Rocky Mountain Way intersection. The developer is proposing an AG-2 zoned conservation subdivision. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm at the Francis City Community Center, 2319 South Spring Hollow Road. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person or by email to comments@francisutah.gov prior to 3:00 pm on the day of the public hearing. Accessory Dwelling Unit Text Amendment The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 15th, 2024, to receive public comments regarding a text amendment in Francis City Code Chapter 18.15.210 Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). The amendment proposes removing the requirement that EADUs have separate utility connections. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm at the Francis City Community Center, 2319 South Spring Hollow Road. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person or by email to comments@francisutah.gov prior to 3:00 pm on the day of the public hearing.
