BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Toquerville Secondary Water System, Washington County, Utah will meet in a public session at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 1, 2024, at Toquerville City Offices, Toquerville, Utah.
The agenda for the meeting includes the following:
1. Presentation of proposed annual assessment rate increase.
2. Public Hearing to levy the Annual Assessments within TSWS Service Area
3. Consider resolution authorizing the levy of contract assessments for 2025 within the TSWS Service Area.
4. Discuss Water penalties
5. Discussion and consideration for approval of May 7, 2024 TSWS Board Minutes
