- Notice is hereby given that the Roosevelt City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday August 7,2024, at 5:00 p.m., at the Roosevelt City Administration Building, 255 South State Street, Roosevelt, Utah. The City Council will receive public comment regarding the following item(s): - 'Aureka' Annexation Petition - A petition to annex approximately 97.75 acres into Roosevelt City was submitted by the owners of record of the real property, as well as their representative. A map of the proposed annexation area is attached to this notice, and additional information, as well as a copy of the petition can be obtained by contacting the Roosevelt City Deputy Recorder. Interested people are invited to attend and make a comment. Supporting documentation will be posted on the city's website at www.rooseveltcity.com, or you can contact the City Deputy Recorder at (435) 725-7205. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify the Deputy Recorder at least three days prior to the hearing to be attended.
