- GENERAL PLAN OPEN HOUSE Saturday, August 03, 2024 at 10:00 AM Old Church, 114 S. Mill Street, Virgin UT 84779 AGENDA YOUR INPUT IS IMPORTANT! Planning and Zoning is hosting: GENERAL PLAN OPEN HOUSE. All community members are welcome at the second General Plan open house. This is the time to make your voice heard. Saturday August 3 2024 10am - 1pm Heritage Town Square (Old Church Building) **Set up for this event will happen on Thursday August 1st 2024 5-7pm Commissioners will be setting up displays**
