- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE HENEFER TOWN COUNCIL AUGUST 6, 2024 ORIGINAL BUDGET 2024-2025 Public notice is hereby given that the Henefer Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on August 6, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. at the Henefer DUP Building located at 67 N Main Street, Henefer, UT. The purpose of the meeting is to adopt the 2024 - 2025 budget. Comments on the budget can be made in person at the Public Hearing or submitted in writing to Henefer Town Inc., P.O. Box 112, Henefer, UT 84033, prior to 4:00 on the day of the public hearing. If you wish to make a comment, please contact Shelley Richins at Henefer Town Building, 150 W Center Street, P.O. Box 112, Henefer, UT 84033 or call (435) 336-5365 to be placed on the agenda. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify the Henefer City Hall at least three days prior to the hearing to be attended.
