NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE OF INTENT FOR CONTINUATION/DISSOLUTION OF 300 S WEST PAST 200 W
Notice is hereby given that the City of Monticello will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on August 13, 2024, at the Hideout Community Center, 648 S Hideout Way, Monticello UT, at 7:00 pm.
The purpose of the hearing is to hear public comments on the possible continuation/dissolution of the potential street extension of 300 S. Complete details for this potential street extension may be requested by emailing Megan Gallegos at megang@monticelloutah.org.
Written comments may be addressed to Recorder Melissa Gill, melissa@monticelloutah.org , City of Monticello, P.O. Box 457, Monticello, Utah 84535, and must be received prior to the hearing date. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone requiring special accommodations to attend this hearing may call the Monticello City Office at least three days prior to the meeting, at 435-587-2271.

THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO ATTEND ALL CITY MEETINGS
Monticello City Council holds meetings on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, unless otherwise posted, at the Hideout Community Center, 648 S Main, beginning promptly at 7:00 p.m. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone needing special accommodations to attend a meeting may contact the City Office, 587-2271, at least three working days prior to the meeting. City Council may adjourn to closed session by majority vote, pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-4 & 5.
