DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Approval of Minutes
A. July 17, 2024
2. Site Plan
A. CRUMBL SITE PLAN. This proposal involves the addition of a new retail building to be located at 658 North 900 East.
3. Minor Plat Amendment
A. CRUMBL PLAT AMENDMENT. This proposal involves amending the plat for the Madison Park Condominiums to accommodate a new retail building located at 685 North 900 east.
4. Zone Change
A. CRUMBL ZONE CHANGE. This proposal involves changing the zoning of a property from C-2 to C-2 with the Development Enhancement Overlay to allow for the construction of a new retail building located at 658 North 900 East.
B. BUTTERFIELD ZONE CHANGE. This proposal involves changing the zoning of a property from R-1-6 to R-3 with the Infill Overlay to allow for a triplex to be built on the property located at 587 East 500 North.
5. Preliminary Plat & Zone Change
A. THE VILLAS AT ANNIE'S ACRES. This proposal involves changing the current zoning from R-1-6 to R-1-6 with the Master Planned Development Overlay and to approve a Preliminary Plat to allow for a residential development to be located at approximately 300 East 1100 South.
6. Utility Improvement Plan
A. SPANISH FORK FORD SERVICE UPGRADE FOR EV CHARGERS. This proposal involves installing chargers for electric vehicles located at 2534 North 200 East.
7. Minor Subdivision
A. BAXTER PLAT A. The proposal involves the subdivision of an existing parcel to create 3 residential lots located at 1502 South 1700 East.
8. Title 15 Amendments
A. TITLE 15 HILLSIDE SLOPE. This proposal involves amending the City's requirements for hillside developments.
9. Title 13 Amendments
A. TITLE 13 GENERATED WATER.
10. Discussion
A. CRAIG GASSER DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE APPROVAL REQUEST.
