Regular Business: Zoning Administrator Update
Review of minutes from June 12, 2024
1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT-REGIONAL CAMP and RESORT-ERIC TORGERSON;
Consider a Regional Camp and Resort Conditional Use Permit for Eric Torgerson located at 470 East 200 North, Glenwood, Utah.
2. ZONE CHANGE, and SET TIME and DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING-JAMES CHRISTENSEN;
Consider a zone change from GRF-20S to A-1, and set time and date for a public hearing for James and Lynn Christensen located at 3595 North 1460 East, Koosharem, Utah.
3. KOTTER MINOR SUBDIVISION-DILLION KOTTER;
Consider a one lot minor subdivision for Dillon Kotter, located at approximately 15 South 300 East, Joseph, Utah. Parcel# 5-48-6.
Planning Commission Meeting will be held in the Commission Chambers of the Sevier County Administration Building, 250 North Main Street, Richfield
