Cedar City Board of Adjustment Agenda August 5th, 2024 The Cedar City Board of Adjustment will hold a meeting on Monday, August 5, 2024, at 5:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Board Members: Dorian Page; Chris Bearnson; Chad Carter; Brittany Fisher; Terry Hermansen; Steve Nelson; John Webster; City Manager Paul Bittmenn; Building Official Drew Jackson; Executive Assistant Natasha Nava. 1. Call to Order. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Approval of Findings of Fact. 4. Request for Variance of the setback requirements for property located at 6 North 1150 West/ Paul Quinn. 5. Request for Variance of the setback requirements for property located at 2185 South Taba Drive/ Dee Hjorth. 6. Request for Variance of the width of frontage for a PUE on property located at 150 East 200 South/ Platt & Platt/ Bob Platt.
