The Cedar City Board of Adjustment will hold a meeting on Monday, August 5, 2024, at 5:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah.

1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of Minutes.
3. Approval of Findings of Fact.
4. Request for Variance of the setback requirements for property located at 6 North 1150 West/ Paul Quinn.
5. Request for Variance of the setback requirements for property located at 2185 South Taba Drive/ Dee Hjorth.
6. Request for Variance of the width of frontage for a PUE on property located at 150 East 200 South/ Platt & Platt/ Bob Platt.
