- NOTICE TO TRANSFER PROPERTY NOTICE TO TRANSFER PROPERTY. Pursuant to South Jordan Municipal Code ยง 1.32.010, the City of South Jordan hereby gives notice of its intent to transfer property located at 11032 S Redwood Rd (Parcel No. 27-22- 126-002, 1.04 acres, approx.) to Utah State University, Bastian Agriculture Center. Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing during the regular City Council meeting which begins at 6:30pm on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at South Jordan City Council Chambers (1600 W Towne Center Drive South Jordan UT 84095). The hearing will be noticed on the August 20, 2024 City Council agenda which will be published by the end of the day August 16, 2024. Written comments will be accepted up to 3:00 p.m. on August 20, 2024 by email to City Recorder, Anna Crookston acrookston@sjc.utah.gov
