KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 8, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider: An application from Aaron Gomez, who is requesting a zone change for the property at 579 South Main Street from PB Professional Business District to GC General Commercial District. The subject property is 0.179 acres (7,797.24 ft²). The current PB zoning allows for business or professional offices as well as accessory uses and structures. A rezone to GC would allow for retail sales and services, as well as government offices. Comments may be submitted by attending the public hearing in person or through an online form at: https://www.kaysville.gov/435/Planning-Commission comment form is at the bottom of the webpage).
