- NOTICE OF ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the Cedar City Council at its regular meeting of July 17, 2024, passed the following ordinance: 1. Ordinance No. 0717-24 - An Ordinance of the Cedar City Council amending Cedar City's zoning designation from dwelling single unit (R-1) to dwelling multiple units (R-3-M) for a property located at 2671 N. 100 E; and 2. Ordinance No. 00717-24-1 - An Ordinance of the Cedar City Council Amending the City's Active Transportation Master Plan in the vicinity of Bentley Blvd to 1600 South along Royal Hunte Drive and Providence Center Drive. Said Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting on the State of Utah Public Notice Website. A Copy of said ordinance may be seen and/or purchased at the office of the Cedar City Recorder, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah.
