Millcreek, Utah Public Hearings Notice Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold seven public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at City Hall, 1330 E Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah 84106: 1) consideration of ZM-24-005, request to rezone from R-1-10 (Residential Single Family) to R-M (Residential Multi-family) and a General Plan amendment from Neighborhood 1 to Neighborhood 2 at approx. 4181 S 900 E by applicant Dale Bennett; 2) consideration of ZM-24-006, request to rezone from A-1 (Agricultural) to the R-1-10 Zone at approx. 4016-4020 S 700 W by applicants Ella Loveland and Norma Cutter; 3) consideration of CU-24-002 & SD-24-007, request for a conditional use permit to accommodate a six-unit residential development and approval for a major subdivision at approx. 2888 E 3300 S by applicant Tariq Mughal; 4) consideration of ZT-24-006, amendments to the Millcreek Code of Ordinances regarding historic buildings and sites preservation; 5) consideration of ZT-24-009, amendments to the Millcreek Code of Ordinances regarding accessory buildings; 6) consideration of ZT-24-014, amendments to the Millcreek Code of Ordinances regarding subdivisions; and 7) consideration of ZT-24-015, amendments to the Millcreek Code of Ordinances regarding residential facilities for persons with a disability and reasonable accommodations. A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall and on the City's website at: https://www.millcreekut.gov/AgendaCenter. The public is invited to attend or watch the hearings and make comments. The meeting will be live streamed via the City's website at: https://www.millcreekut.gov/373/Meeting-Live-Stream. Public comment can be submitted via the City's website at: https://www.millcreekut.gov/FormCenter/Contact-Us-5/Public-Comments-61. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during the public hearings should notify the ADA Coordinator at adainfo@millcreekut.gov or 801-214-2751 two days prior to the meeting date.
