Planning and Zoning Pending Minutes for July 3, 2024 The Planning commission met on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at the public safety building located at 130 W. Main in Cleveland, Utah at 7:00 pm. Those present were commission members: Chair Tracy Randall, Tyler Rowley, and Nancy Livingston. Lowell Gardner was absent. Council Member Kristen Vose was present. Public attendance: Danae Jensen, Hank Hansen, Tiffany Hansen and Aspen, Savannah Eley, Zac Jensen. The Meeting was called to order by Chair Tracy Randall at 7:01 pm and then she led the pledge. Minutes: A motion to approve the minutes for June 5, 2024 was made by Tyler Rowley. Seconded by Nancy Livingston. All were in favor. Minutes approved. Public Comments: None Item #1: Danae and Jake Jensen are applying for a business license. Would like to get a business license for Jake's business, 600 LLC. The office will be used for office area. Trucks are only parked on the property occasionally. No customers will come to their house. A motion made by Nancy Livingston to approve a business license for Jake Jensen's business called 600 LLC. Second by Tyler Rowley. All were in favor, motion passed license approved. Item #3: Tiffany Hansen is requesting zoning clearance for a building permit to remodel their old house at 520 W 40 N. There was a house fire at their original house. They are going to take off the back part and car port garage. They want to remodel the smaller house left. A motion was made by Tyler Rowley to approve the zoning clearance for the building permit. Second by Nancy Livingston. All were in favor, motion passed. Item #2: Zac Jensen and Savannah Eley ant to build a fence around their property and are asking for zoning clearance for a building permit. Building fence in back and sides. Had property surveyed and lines were off, their property was over to the neighbor's properties. Has come to agreement with neighbors about property lines. Motion made by Nancy Livingston to approve the zoning for Zac and Savannah to get a building permit to build a fence with the stipulation that the neighbor agreement is set up. Second by Tyler Rowley. All were in favor, motion passed. Item #4: Adjourn Meeting: Nancy Livingston made a motion to adjourn meeting. Seconded by Tyler Rowley. All were in favor, meeting was adjourned at 7:20 pm. Nancy Livingston, Clerk
