Ordinance 2024-03 removing Section 16.13.130 of the Midway City Land Use Code regarding location and setback requirements for barns.
The Midway City Council also adopted the following ordinances on 6 February 2024:
Ordinance 2024-02 amending provision of the Midway City Land Use Code regarding 'Cottage Industries'.
Ordinance 2024-04 amending sections of the Midway City Land Use Code to prohibit the creation of new drive-through windows in Midway City.
The Midway City Council also adopted the following ordinances on 20 February 2024:
Ordinance 2024-05 prescribing the time and place for the regular meetings of the Midway City Council.
Ordinance 2024-06 amending Section 2.18.040 of the Midway City Municipal Code to adopt provisions regarding public comment.
The Midway City Council also adopted the following ordinance on 19 March 2024:
Ordinance 2024-07 amending sections of the Midway City Land Use Code to specify setback exceptions for historical structures.
The Midway City Council also adopted the following ordinance on 4 June 2024:
Ordinance 2024-11 annexing a 0.71 acre portion of Wasatch County parcel 14-1429 into Midway City as part of the Swiss Haven Planned Unit Development.
