Notice of Adoption of Ordinances Milford City Council adopted the following ordinance and resolution in a regularly scheduled meeting held July 23, 2024: o Ordinance 9-2024 'Short-Term Rentals' This ordinance allows for Short-Term Rentals to help govern the housing demand within Milford City. Adoption of this ordinance creates Milford City Code Title 13.48 Short-Term Rentals which can be viewed by visiting www.milfordcityutah.com/ordinances. Full copies of the ordinance can be viewed by clicking on the ordinance number in the title history of the respective title section. o Ordinance 11-2024 'Water Efficient Landscaping' This ordinance adds water conservation standards for water efficient landscaping. Adoption of this ordinance updates Milford City Code Title 13.33.020 Regulations and Standards which can be viewed by visiting www.milfordcityutah.com/ordinances. Full copies of the ordinance can be viewed by clicking on the ordinance number in the title history of the respective title section. Copies of the ordinances in their entirety are available for public inspection or copies may be purchased during normal business hours at the Milford City Offices, 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah.
