Description/Agenda: NOTICE Notice is hereby given that in the event of a recount for Republican US House District 2 race on the 2024 Primary Election ballot, the County Clerk's Office will participate in recount activities including: Logic and Accuracy testing on the day the recount is initiated, Tabulation of Ballots, Post-Election Audit and Canvass of US House District 2 Republican race beginning as soon as practical until completed in the Garfield County Courthouse, 55 S Main, Panguitch, Utah. Additional information may be obtained on the County Website, www.garfield.utah.gov, or by emailing elections@garfield.utah.gov
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the County Clerk's Office at 435-676-1100
