RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 8, 2024 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): 1. Murphy Oil, PLZ-24-2026, a conditional use permit application for extended fueling hours for a gas station located at 13443 South Hamilton View Road. Applicant - Allison Butcher 2. Walmart, PLZ-24-8011, an amended site plan application for modifications to parking stalls for the location at 13502 Hamilton View Road. Applicant - Geoff Solomonson 3. Belchak Private Lane, PLZ-24-2025, an application for a private lane to provide access for up to four residential lots to be located on 1.1-acres at 3807 West 11800 South. Applicant - Thom Belchak 4. My Storage Riverton, PLZ-24-8012, an amended site plan for a commercial storage facility located on 2.1-acres at 13487 South 5600 West. Proposed change is to remove the top floor. Applicant - Jeffrey Bernson 5. Burger King, PLZ-24-8010, an amended site plan for exterior changes to a commercial building located at 1856 West 12600 South. Applicant - Brian Russell 6. Rock Ridge Subdivision, PLZ-24-8003, a commercial site plan for a commercial subdivision of 6.7-acres to be located on the southeast corner of 12600 South and 3600 West. The property is zoned as Commercial Gateway (C-G) Zone. The proposed master site plan shows seven (7) new pad sites incorporated together with the pad site for American First Credit Union which was previously approved and is currently under construction. Applicant - Grayson Smith, engineer This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3149. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
