- Riverton City Invitation for Bid #CC24-441 Reverse Bid to sale a surplus piece of property - 4123 West 12600 South (Mascaro) Riverton City is conducting an Invitation to Bid for the sale of surplus property. This is a reverse bid and the bid will be awarded to the highest bidder. A 5% preference will be given to bidders who can prove that they can bundle this property with the adjacent 2 1/4~ acre property to the east. Sealed bids will be due by 2:00 pm on August 8, 2024 and may be turned in at the Purchasing Office, located at 12830 South 1700 West, Riverton, Utah 84065, or may be submitted electronically at bid.submittal@rivertoncity.com. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read aloud at approximately 2:01 pm. Bidders registered may request to attend the opening via Zoom meeting by sending a request to the purchasing department, ccalvert@rivertonutah.gov. An electronic format of the bid document may be obtained through the purchasing website. https://www.rivertonutah.gov/purchasing/solicitations.php.
