PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE HENEFER TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE PLANNING COMMITTEE ORDINANCE AUGUST 12, 2024 Public notice is hereby given that the Henefer Town Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on August 12, 2024 beginning at 7:00 P.M. at the Henefer DUP Building, located at 67 N Main Street, to review, discuss, and receive public comment on the proposed revisions to the subdivision ordinance and the planning committee ordinance. All interested persons may attend. Questions, comments, or correspondence should be addressed to Henefer Town. For further information, please contact Shelley Richins at Henefer Town Building, 150 W Center Street, P.O. Box 112, Henefer, UT 84033 or call (435) 336-5365. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify the Henefer City Hall at least three days prior to the hearing to be attended.
