NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the basement of the Orderville Town Office, located at 425 East State Street, Orderville, Utah; the Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing concerning the request by Susan Bingham for a minor subdivision with 2 lots being divided from Parcel O-4-5-ANNEX. At the time and place set forth above, all interested persons may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard either in support of or in opposition of Susan Bingham to form a minor subdivision into the following 2 lots: New Parcel Description That portion of the SW1/4 of Section 8, Township 41 South, Range 7 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, more particularly described as-follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Section 8; thence, along the south line of said section, South 88°51'15' East 639.28 feet; thence North 01°36'36' East 1,128.58 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence, North 01° 36' 36' East 890.37 feet; thence South 88° 51' 00' East 680.66 feet; thence South 31° 37' 52' East 935.25 feet, to the westerly right-of-way of US Highway 89 and the beginning of a non-tangent curve; thence, along said right-of-way, and curve turning to the left 208.60 feet, with a central angle of 11° 53' 15', having a radial bearing of South 64° 57' 10' East with a radius of 1005.40 feet, and whose long chord bears South 19° 06' 12' West 208.22 feet, to a non-tangent line; thence, leaving said right-of-way, North 70° 13' 03' West 308.47 feet; thence North 89° 09' 30' West 837.71 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 20.00 acres (more or less).
