- BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCE NO. 24-22 Notice is hereby given that on July 18, 2024, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinance 24-22. Ordinance 24-22 amends Brigham City Code Title 92, Parks and Playgrounds, to change the organizational structure of the Department. Ordinance 24-22 shall take effect on July 21, 2024. Copies of the ordinances are available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.gov.
