Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - MANTUA TOWN MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT CODE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AUGUST 1ST, 2024 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Mantua's Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 1st, 2024 at 6:30 P.M at Mantua City Offices, 409 North Main St. Mantua, Utah 84324 for the purpose of accepting comments concerning amendments to Title 11 of the Code, Town's Land Management and Development Code. The Town is proposing various amendments to the Land Management and Development Code to address various clarity/correctness issues and ensure consistency and compliance with current State requirements regarding land use review/approval processes and subdivision platting requirements.
