DESIGN REVIEW BOARD
MEETING AGENDA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Design Review Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, July 22, at 5:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 East in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The public hearing shall be preceded by a work session from 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. City Staff will host the meeting, FOR THE FOLLOWING:
1. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 1262 West Pleasant Grove Blvd
(Sam White's Lane Neighborhood)
Public Hearing to consider the request of McKay Christensen for a site plan amendment to change exterior materials for two (2) new apartment buildings, located at 1262 West Pleasant Grove Boulevard in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict with BMU Overlay.
2. Public Hearing: Wall Sign - Located at 450 S. North County Boulevard
(Sam White's Lane Neighborhood)
Public Hearing to consider the request of Parlor Donuts for a wall sign with exposed or neon bulbs. Exposed bulbs or neon may only be permitted through the design review board if consistent with the design theme for the area.
3. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 897 E 100 N
(Monkey Town Neighborhood)
Public Hearing to consider the request of Robert Marsh for the design of a new single-family residential structure. New buildings, including residences, should be made sympathetic to scale, form, size, and proportion of existing buildings.
Review and approve the minutes for the June 18th, 2024, meeting.
