PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LAND MANAGEMENT CODE AMENDMENTS CHAPTER 7 - ZONE DISTRICT REGULATIONS - SETBACK EXCEPTIONS CHAPTER 12 - BUILDING DESIGN STANDARDS FOR CONSTRUCTION - SNOW STORAGE, CLADDING, COLORS, ETC. The Brian Head Town Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a proposed amendment to the Land Management Code, Chapter 7 ( Zone District Regulations ) Setback Exceptions and Chapter 12 (Building Design Standards) for Snow Storage, Cladding, Building Spacing, Colors, etc. during their regular meeting on August 13, 2024 scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. or shortly thereafter. Comments are limited to three minutes and written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov or by mail to: PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT 84719 no later than August 9, 2024 by 5:00 p.m. Those wishing to review the details of the proposed amendments may do at the Town offices located at 56 North Highway 143, Brian Head, UT 84719 during normal business hours.
