OF MONROE CITY ORDINANCE 7 01 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 9, 2024, the Mayor and City Council of Monroe adopted Ordinance 7 01 2024, an Ordinance amending Monroe City Land Use Ordinance Chapter 13.10.3 General requirements defining standards of wellhead protection zone.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon posting of this summary at Monroe City Office, www.pmn.utah.gov and www.monroeut.gov(city website) this 18th day of July 2024.
