PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing to receive input on a proposed amendment to the Brigham City
General Plan Land Use Map to change the land use designation of Low Density
Residential to Rural Residential on 5.5 acres associated with an annexation petition
located at the northeast corner of the 500 West and 1500 North intersection.
The public hearing will be held Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the
Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. A
recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council.
Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting
the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604.
Business Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
